My Son holy land was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. Many parts of the sanctuary have been ruined by both time and war but it is still worth witnessing the amazing religious structure and getting to understand the unique Cham culture. The road to My Son on restored army Jeep to the countryside is also unforgettable.

Today’s tour will begin at 08:30 AM from your hotel in Hoi An through countryside hamlets where locals go about their daily activities. First stop is at a local market to witness the bustling morning activities while sipping a Vietnamese coffee.

Continue your scenic trip towards My Son via small village roads lined with local house and picturesque paddy fields.

Reach My Son midmorning and set off on foot to the ruins of dozens of red brick towers built during the 7th – 13th centuries. Venture around the paths, visiting the numerous ruins soaking in the atmosphere of this historic site.

Midday begin the drive back to Hoi An. Feel free to explore the village, take pictures and discover more about the vibrant Vietnamese culture.

Resume the trip back to Hoi An through the countryside, its quaint villages and rice paddies where photo opportunities abound. The adventure comes to a close upon reaching Hoi An and then having lunch at The Field Restaurant.

14h30PM: Back to the hotel. End of tour.
